Ivy honey has a most unique distinct strong flavoured Autumnal honey.  It is a rare harvest as it is one of the last flowers of the season with a short bloom period.  It takes warm autumnal weather for the bees to collect enough for us to harvest any.

It has an Intense unusual strong flavour that stays with you without being overpowering. Quite unlike any other honey.

This honey will crystallise quite quickly, especially in cooler temperatures, this is natural for all honey. Ivy honey is said to be exceptionally good for sore irritating throats. Some say its health benefits are like that of Manuka.
