DELIVERY & COLLECTION INFORMATION

Orders are best placed through our online shop, but you can place orders over the telephone however please bear in mind we are a small team so if you get the answer phone please do leave a message and we will call you back.

There are a number of ways to pay for goods, Paypal, Credit Card, Debit Card or BACS transfer.

Goods are dispatched once payment has cleared. We endeavour to dispatch orders received before 12 noon on the same day however during the busy beekeeping season your orders may not be dispatched until the following day. You will receive, via email, confirmation once the order is placed, confirmation when we are processing your order and confirmation when you order is on its way or ready for collection.

For small and light orders you will have the choice of using Royal Mail's 1st or 2nd class tracked service. The price will vary depending on the weight, however if your order is over 2kg in weight then it may be sent by courier.

For large or heavy orders we use FedEx. FedEx usually delivery the day after dispatch. They will email or text you (if you've provided a mobile number) with an estimated day and time of delivery. FedEx can leave your parcel in a safe place if you request this via the special delivery instructions when you process your order but please note that any orders left without a signature, as per your instructions, are your responsibility. You may be charged multiple delivery costs if your order is over a certain weight. This is to prevent any damage to the jars of honey.

All carriage costs quoted on the website are for delivery to mainland UK, Wales and mainland Scotland. We can deliver to the Highland and Islands, N Ireland & S Ireland if under a certain weight.  In the event of a weight issue we will contact you.

We may also be able to deliver to other countries, but you must contact the team via email for a quote.

CLICK AND COLLECT

All products are also available for collection from Andover. Just select this option when going through the checkout and we will contact you when the order is ready.

We implemented a Contact-Free collection of orders during the Covid-19 pandemic which worked very well so we still use this system which means that we can leave your parcel outside for you to collect after you  have determined a collection time via email or phone with us.
