Please allow up to 48 working hours for your order to be ready, during very busy periods we may have to jar more honey to fulfil your order.

There are a number of ways to pay for goods, Paypal, Credit Card*, Debit Card* or BACS transfer.

*credit and debit card payments are processed by FIrst Data.

Goods are dispatched once payment has cleared. We endeavour to dispatch orders received before 12 noon on the same day however during the busy beekeeping season your orders may not be dispatched until the following day. You will receive, via email, confirmation once the order is placed, confirmation when we are processing your order and confirmation when you order is on its way or ready for collection.

For small and light orders you will have the choice of using Royal Mail's 1st or 2nd class service. The price will vary depending on the weight, however if your order is over 2kg in weight then it must be sent by courier. Please note that the Royal Mail services are not tracked. You can see estimated delivery aims on the Royal Mail website

For large or heavy orders we use FedEx. FedEx usually delivery the day after dispatch. They will email or text you (if you've provided a mobile number) with an estimated day and time of delivery. FedEx can leave your parcel in a safe place if you request this via the special delivery instructions when you process your order but please note that any orders left without a signature, as per your instructions, are your responsibility. You may be charged multiple delivery costs if your order is over a certain weight. This is to prevent any damage to the jars of honey.

All carriage costs quoted on the website are for delivery to mainland UK, Wales and some areas of mainland Scotland. We can deliver to the Scotland, Scottish Highland and Islands, N Ireland & S Ireland, but please contact the team via email quoting your postcode and what you would like to order and we will email you back a quote for the delivery costs.

If you put the order through our online shop and your postcode falls into one of those listed below the order may attract additional carriage costs.  Any additional carriage costs will be emailed to you after your order has been placed, unfortunately our system cannot quote carriage by postcode.  In some cases we may be use an alternative carrier like Hermes that will fall in to the carriage paid, we will also try for the cheapest option for you.  Small orders under 2kg are sent with royal mail and do not attract additional carriage as long as they fall under the 'small parcel' size restrictions.
